Mother Fayza Lamari is Kylian\'s primary business manager and agent. She is of Algerian descent (Kabyle). She was a handball player at competitive level in France in her youth. Adopted older brother Jirès Kembo Ekoko (born 1988) is a retired Congolese footballer who played for Rennes and other clubs. The family treats Jirès as a full older brother.
